For the past year, JR Celski has been busy at work alongside close friend, Vinny Dom, and filmmakers Dan Torok and Jeff Santos, documenting what life is like for artists in the Northwest Hip Hop scene, specifically Seattle, Washington. The MAD northwest crew has been traveling, across the country, hoping to show others that there is another side to Hip Hop that involves the daily tests and trials in order to succeed. The documentary, titled "The Otherside," will feature artists such as Macklemore, Ryan Lewis, Blue Scholars, Common Market, Fresh Espresso, Grynch, the physics, and many more talented artists.

JR Celski and his team have been able to make it so far on their own, but now they need your help. In order to complete this project, they are asking individuals to donate to help fund the project. There are several different levels at which you can donate As a thank you, there are different rewards for each level, including a personalized thank you and your name listed on the movie website, a limited edition MADNW t-shirt, and even tickets to the movie premiere and the afterparty. By donating at least one dollar, individuals will be able to receive updates and status reports of the film.
