UC Berkeley PAHC (Pilipino Association for Health Careers) is proud to host its annual medical mission benefit concert. This year it will be held on Saturday, December 3rd at the Wheeler Auditorium. The line-up for this year’s concert includes April Chase, Erin Paula, Sam Hart, Mango Kingz, Monique Macasaet, Mango Kingz,Tantrum, and more!
All proceeds from donations and ticket sales directly fund a medical mission to the Philippines, sponsored by the Philippine Medical Society of Northern California(PMSNC). Funds donated by PAHC normally comprise about 20% of the total operating budget for the medical mission, all of which pay for much needed medical supplies. This medical mission is a humanitarian relief effort that provides free health care to underserved locations in the Philippines, aiming to alleviate the worsening medical conditions in the country. Services provided at the medical mission include minor to major surgery, dentistry, optometry, pediatrics, basic health screening, and more. This year's destination will be San Jose, Occidental Mindoro, a rural province lacking adequate medical resources.
